Brittany's Approach
My sessions are all about capturing life and your connections together. The most important thing is that the session is relaxed, fun and everyone is comfortable. I want you to look back at these photos and feel like your back in the moment again!
I aim to create a session that matches your personality and the connection you share with one another; I love getting to know you and your unique personalities. We work together to document this chapter in your lives from the clothes you wear, the overall style/vibe of the shoot to the perfect location to capture it all. Please let me know if there somewhere that is significant to you that you may have in mind for your session, or let me share one of my favorite session locations with you.
I will take some posed shots to start with to get you feeling comfortable with the camera. Then in a relaxed environment, I will invite you to move around, move your body, provoke a reaction with a silly prompt, hold your children, hold their hands, play together, joke together, hug and kiss, to capture the cheekiness and pure joy that you know and see every day.
And, please don’t forget, the most important part is about having fun with each other and allowing me to take care of the rest!

booking your session:
I. Book the date.
Review and select a date from my availability calendar linked below, secure your session date by paying the $100 session deposit retainer to lock it into my calendar.
II. plan the vibe.
As your session date approaches we will start to form the vision for your session:
▸Styling plays such a vital role in the results of your images! You'll browse my client closet, review my style guide, and I can even make personalized wardrobe recommendations based on your own clothing to make sure you feel confident and beautiful during your session.
▸Now, where to? We will decide on the perfect setting to capture your memories. I have well-loved locations that I always trust and I'm always seeking out new hidden gems to add to my list.
We'll share any creative session ideas with each other and keep in touch throughout the planning process.
III. take the photos.
I want you to leave our session feeling your connection together deeper than ever. Warmed by the experience and bonded in the love you share. I want to give you photography that goes beyond the superficial. Beautiful, soulful art, that paints a picture of that perfect little world to which only you have the keys.
IV. get the gallery.
After your session you will receive your private proof photo gallery usually within 2-5 weeks. You can expect your proofing gallery to include around 70+ fully edited images to choose your favorite images from to download and keep. Fall in love with the entire gallery?
