Thank you so much for taking the time to tell me all about your wedding, I am eager to find out everything you have envisioned for your day! Whenever you have time, it would be really helpful if you could answer the following questions as best you can. And don't worry, if you haven't figured out all of these details yet or if it doesn't apply to what you have in mind for your day, no problem! Either leave it blank or just give any rough ideas you have now.

Include approximate start/end times if known

Please include getting ready location if already known

**If possible if wedding day schedule allows, this may require additional fee so I may retain an assistant photographer. Please include getting ready location if known.

Bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl, ring boy, pets? Include anyone who is involved in the wedding party or you will want in your bridal party portraits

If yes, where will that take place?

Please include any extra details you know about the reception ex: cocktail hour? Type of dinner? Will there be dancing & a DJ? etc.

i.e. Bride & groom portraits, wedding party, fine detail shots, photos with the family, first look, etc.

Please include ALL family portrait combinations you want captured on your wedding day and BE SPECIFIC! It should include family relation and names, and be listed in the order you want the photos taken (i.e. group shots with reoccurring family members together, do grandparents first so they can relax sooner) . This shot list will be used on your day to make sure we don't miss any important photos. Example: Photo 1) Bride, Groom, Bride mom (Susan), Bride dad (Bill), Bride sister (Jen), Bride brother (Jeff)

Will this be at the getting ready, ceremony/venue locations? Or would you like to add short field trip to a scenic spot to capture these? (I can definitely make suggestions if you're not sure where you'd like to do them).

Please share anything you think I should know about your family specifically. Ex: Do specific family members not get along? Is someone's parent known to be overbearing? You don't have to go into detail, but be sure to chat with me about anything that comes to mind.

Examples: First Look with bride & groom, First look with parent(s), First look with bridesmaids, First dance, Father daughter dance, Mother son dance, Bouquet toss, Garter toss, Photobooth, Cake cutting, Sparkler exit, etc.
